On January 1th, 2012 a letter of intent was signed by the printers. The merge will be formalized in the first months of 2012.
The two reputable printers join forces to optimally respond to the developments in the printing industry. In combining the processes together and investing in new technologies, there is more efficient working and the competitive position is strengthened. The new board consists of Harjan Dekkers and Ab Bouwens.

The two printers have been working together for years. They are both part of TOP10, a partnership of several companies in the graphic and visual communication, where knowledge, experience and technology is shared. This merger is a logical next step in the company's ongoing cooperation.
Biblo van Gerwen: smart thinking, creative printing
Biblo is an advanced quality printer which operates on the idea ‘smart thinking, creative printing’. The printing facility has developed smart concept, technologies which are linked to techniques online for digital and conventional printing. They have introduced methods to the whole process, of ordering print, to provide printed matter for a customer faster, smarter and easier to run smoothly, so a lot of time and money is saved.
Printing Dekkers: cradle to cradle
Printing Dekkers is a leading offset printing company where quality and sustainability go hand in hand. Work is being done according to the 'cradle to cradle' principle: sustainability from A to Z. Dekkers is FSC and PEFC certified and prints according the ISO 14001 environmental certification. Where possible, vegetable inks and energy-saving machinery is used and Dekkers follows the 'zero waste' strategy. Recycling and reuse of printed matter are obvious.

Both the printing facility in Dordrecht and in Den Bosch remains operational, both under their own name. The merger does not come at the expense of jobs in both printers.
